3M are always looking for outstanding students to join our IT department and we’re now looking for someone with technical ability and business acumen to fill our Business Systems Developer role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learning the appropriate programming skills, with training.
- Development of complex internal applications
- Providing support and consultancy on the functionality of our IT applications
- Forming good communication links with the user community and translating their requests into system specifications
- Leading projects, often across business functions and countries
