Having looked after the graduate recruitment process for the world’s largest commercial property firm and conducted end to end annual recruitment for a global FMCG, Alex has a breadth of experience in securing the best talent for annual recruitment campaigns, improving process in this area and increasing return on investment.

Additionally Alex has a wealth of experience in providing a bespoke headhunting service to organisations wishing to recruit high calibre graduates into direct entry positions across a variety of sectors. He has recruited everything from Business Development professionals to very niche Software Developers in the voice, data and video communications sector.

Alex also works strategically with over 15 large annual graduate recruiters (including 3M, Credit Suisse, Capgemini and KPMG) assisting them and advising them on how to most effectively penetrate the UK’s higher education system and communicate their messages to the relevant individuals on campus, whilst raising and shaping their brand.

A track record of delivering results and developing strategic relationships has seen Alex promoted to the Executive Management Team within the organisation.
