Our Future Leaders Development Programme (FLDP) opens up a wide array of opportunities for graduates interested in global leadership careers. Building on your existing strengths, the FLDP will see you focusing on one of our key business areas. You can choose from; Retail and Business Banking, Human Resources, Marketing & Products, Marketing Analytics, Credit Risk Analytics, Credit Risk Delivery & Information Management, Technology – Product and Process Development, Finance or Tax. In whichever area you specialise, you'll spend two years on various placements – really getting to know your chosen field inside-out.

We also offer internship programmes. So if you are in your penultimate year at university or even a finalist with plans for next year (either a gap year or a postgraduate qualification), join us in the summer as an intern for six weeks concentrating on your chosen area. Or if you’re in your first year at university (or second if you are studying a four year degree) experience our Spring Insight Programme, which over just four-days will give you a taste of our leadership careers and help you decide if a career in financial services is for you.
