Maxine has considerable in-house experience of designing, implementing and delivering graduate recruitment programmes for blue chip organisations including Capgemini, Logica and RM as well as recruiting experienced hires for organisations including Siemens, IBM, and EADS.

Her achievements have included re-engineering the entire recruitment process for a high volume graduate intake recognising significant cost savings, delivering a high profile and integrated marketing campaign for a leading management consultancy and delivering innovative engagement and marketing initiatives which have been recognised by the Association of Graduate Recruiters.

Her additional experience working as an interim means that she gets to the heart of issues, quickly understanding the differences in organisational strategy culture and process. In her previous roles she has invested in Bright Futures and has first hand experience in recognising the benefits we can deliver to graduate recruiters.
