Entering the RWE npower Future Leaders Challenge by getting together a team of 4 students and identifying a project that will get people in your community living more sustainably could win you a trip to the land of the midnight sun.

The winning teams will experience first hand the importance of living a more sustainable life, talking to locals and learning how climate change is directly impacting them.

In addition to the fabulous first prize, 8 finalist teams will have the opportunity to attend an outdoor team building activity, on Dartmoor; a fabulous weekend that will push you physically and build on your team working and leadership skills.

RWE npower are so confident that you will develop key employability skills from running your project, preparing for the competition, completing the team building weekend and actually going on the trip that they guarantee to offer a summer placement for each member of the winning team.
