Phil is an experienced manager and company director.

As co-founder of OnTrack International (our Learning & Development partner), he gained most of his experience as part of Cunard Lines Senior Management team.

As a management consultant he has worked with many major organisations including Merck Sharp and Dohme, British Nuclear Fuels, P&O and many other blue chip companies.
