Qedis and Bright Futures Team up for Pub Quizzes, Inspiring Talks and Networking Events
Over the last month the Qedities have been up and down the country visiting different University campuses and hosting various events with the help of the Bright Futures Committees. From pub quizzes to inspiring talks Qedis have been spreading their orange magic in new and exciting ways.
The first stop was Nottingham, where Qedis held an orange themed bar night with drinks and snacks which enabled the students to do plenty of networking. The night was a great success and a mass of students turned out in their orange glad rags to find out more about consultancy at Qedis and sample a few orange cocktails.
The next stop was Bristol, where a Qedis sponsored pub quiz was held. There were over 100 students, who teamed up, put their thinking caps on and battled it out to be crowned the winning team. There was stiff competition, due to the chance to win a cocktail making master class.
Our last stop was London; home to Qedis. Here we saw our very own CEO, Paramjit Uppal, giving a inspiring talk to LSE about growing a company from 1-100 people and generating £10 million in annual sales over 5 years, entitled ‘Dare to Dream’. The open Q&A session at the end enabled the LSE students to generate interesting discussions about consultancy and innovation.
All the events were a huge success, but Qedis could not have done it without the sterling effort from all of the Bright Futures Committees. They spread the word of the events throughout their Universities through social networking, stalls, word of mouth, advertising in lectures and flyering. A good job was done by all so thank you!
