JUDGING OF APPLICATIONS/SUBMISSIONS

Applications will be accepted initially based on the following criteria:
 
• Potential return on investment
• Likelihood of success in the timescales
• Creativity and innovation
• Wider impact of the idea
• Any longer term benefits
• Overall strength of the submission
• Judging of the approved Business Champions ideas

JUDGING STAGES

The top Business Champions teams will present your ideas and results to the principal sponsors and discuss what you have learned. The winner for the round will be announced the same day and skills certificates will be awarded to all.

From here a handful of the most successful Business Champions teams will be invited to the finals to present your case as the UK’s greatest Business Champions.

The winners will be not purely based on the most money generated but consider factors such as the wider impact of the idea; any longer term benefits; potential [and actual] return on investment; what was learned from being a Business Champion and the strength of the presentation.
